Xylobium squalens

I have what I think is a Xylobium Variegatum.
It's a cold-warm grower so I think it will do well at my home. It was a pbulb only, I've put it in a small pot with medium bark+Leka and it developed two leaves under temps of 28º C (83 F) and HR=15% (although I watered it every two days).
Now temps are around 16º C (62 F) and HR=50 % and, so far, it's doing well.
I believe it will rest and before that the leaves will die.
