The Mutant:
Since the bud is definitely blasted, should I get it ready to be repotted soon? I read the best time to repot is when it's done flowering, but.. you know. I also want to check the roots.

The grower said that moving up 1" pot size is okay for both paphs, and that repotting would be okay after it was done blooming (Sukhakulii). For the Ho Chi Minh, he said to wait for it to acclimate... so not sure how long exactly.

Does a mix of Leca, charcoal, perlite, and rockwool sound okay for these two?
