EEK! Catasetum has awful spots on leaves

Don't know what it is. Often an initial damage is later superinfected by fungus.
So don't place them too tight, give moving air, the humidity in the air shouldn't be high all time.
Check the underside for eventual insects.
As leaves are deciduous, you won't see the damage much longer. I would not cut the leaves away now.
