It looks like it could be the start of a new pseudo bulb, that's normal. Do you have a specific question about it?

Thanks and YES! lol I'm really new at this. So if it's growing a new pseudo bulb does that mean it is in its growing period? Do I need to fertilize and water it more?? or less?
