1. Guesstimate but it's probably better to go with a smaller amount. You can replate again later if they get too dense.

2. Make a glovebox... it's pretty easy. I can give instructions if you want.

3. Growth slows down and you get some turning brown. I think ppl generally reflask due to overcrowding so may not run into this too often.
