Gotta agree with Ray and Gage. I think Gage is right on the cause. Probably got some water down in the leaf crease at the base of the plant, and it never had a chance to evaporate. Also, I think you need to cut the blooms as well. Put them in some sugar water and they'll last a while, but the plant might not make it if you dont cut them off. Roots and the sole leaf look healthy, so it'll probably survive if it's not putting energy into those blooms. good luck
