I agree with Joann, the pot looks a little too big. You can compensate for that by making sure the medium gets very dry between waterings. I assume there are drainage holes in the bottom. That would be an absolute requirement. Don't worry about the psuedobulbs in the rear being wrinkeled. The psuedobulb in the front of the lead should be fairly plump.
