Dendrobium Yellow Song 'Canary' Keiki Problem

Welcome to the Orchid Board! What is this potted in, it looks like too much water to me.. Dens should be a bark mix and a lot of times they are packed in moss which holds too much water. If the canes are soft, cut them off, and hold back watering. My inside Dens get water once a week and are in small pots. The canes store water. Keikis should have roots about three inches long before removing. Try to leave it on Mother plant and mist the roots if you can....
