Can't say that I've really taken any pro-active action, Tindo. I pretty much just ignored them except for an occasional misting. Considering my humidity in the winter is only about 25-30%, I was surprised they didn't dry up.

Ideally that would indeed be the best course of action. But as I have other plants in much greater need of repotting and a lack of time/inclination to do so, it was low man on the totem pole. Then too it started to spike and I didn't want to stress it out at that point. [Considering the ONLY way that pot is likely going to come off is by shattering it, I'm expecting some serious trauma.]
