speckled leaves with purple underside... no idea what it is

I love, love, love begonias. And I currently have two adenium (although only one of them is rare). I had a fabulous specimen that died a mysterious death last summer. It looked like it was getting over watered and I killed myself keeping even the smallest drop away from it. Near the end the little boy next door came over and told me he had been helping me by watering it every day.
C'est la vie... and it was such an impressive specimen
