[MT-Phal]

i'm using a clear plastic pot, and my phal is in coconut husk. I water when the medium, and the visible roots below, look dry. I also live in Los Angeles and do not use a humidifyer, so I've ruled out humidity. Mold is visible on some of the husk pieces within the pot, as well as one of the roots skirting the medium on top. That puzzles me, b/c like I said, the plant recieved good air flow from an open window nearby.
