I got my bodybugg on Friday. I really think that it will help in making the best nutrition decisions. The one thing that I will say that is not as it should be is that it does not distinguish good fats from bad ones. I could eat steak or avacadoes and both would still measure just fat, instead for breaking it down into monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated fats. I guess I will have to keep track on my own. It has confirmed one thing--that I should eat more than I was previously doing. Talk about upsetting!!
