This Friday
I get a piece of equipment called a Body Bugg. You can input your caloric intake for the day into it--for those things that are not in the system when you start, you use the food label on the box or container and put it into the system yourself. It also has a built in pedometer, and it has something in it that calculates the calories burned. It also has a graph that will show you when during the day your peak activity levels were. As I have been battling this weight thing for about a year, having plateaued and then started losing and plateaued, etc, I thought it would be a good idea to get a little bit better handle on the process, so that I would have less plateaus and have a consistent loss. I will also get on a scale that measures body fat along with weight, which should be enlightening, as I have never used one before. I will probably go through a short health assessment before I set the equipment up.
