To get down to 175#. That would put my weight loss at about 63 pounds. At that point, I want to keep it where it is and improve my amount of muscle. My goal on that is 15% body fat. The last time it was done, my assessment was 198.8# and 23.6% body fat. As of this morning, I was 187.6#, which has gone up the past few days. I suspect that it might be because of too much salt on Friday night. I am very sensitive to it, much more than I used to be because I just don't eat much of it. Unfortunately, when you go to a restaurant as my wife and I occasionally do, you are exposed to more salt than you should eat, even in a good restaurant. We are supposed to have no more than 2300mg./day, which is about a teaspoon, but you need to take into account that prepared foods have a lot in them, too.
