I really wish that I could use some of the supplements that some of the body builders use, but my situation will not allow me to do that. I have to rely on being able to do it the old fashioned way. Workout as hard as I can when I go to the gym and watch what I am eating. Get lots of fiber and good amounts of protein and carbohydrates, without getting as many as some of the builders get( we're talking over 3000 to 4500 or more) If I ate like that, someone would be chasing me with a hatchet. LOL!!

Tomorrow is another lift day. At least 25 sets, plus my cardio work.
