I do not eat bread for lunches. I use wraps. The whole wheat type or I go to the health food store and buy Ezekiel Wraps which are made with sprouted grain. 150 calories, 24g carbohydrates, 6g protein. Remember, all carbohydrates are not created equal. These carbohydrates break down at a slower rate which helps to keep blood sugar in check, which is important for me. I have not eaten bread in quite some time unless it was whole wheat or, preferably whole grain.
