I know that the photo is not of the actual plant in the shop. That is why I was saying that you should look at the foliage of the plant in question to be certain of the genus.
As for it being a NOID, there's nothing wrong with that,(unless you plan on breeding/showing the plant) if you really like the Dendrobium! Just to clarify (since I was confused by your post), a NOID is a plant that we don't know the hybrid name of. It's easy to guess the genus by looking at it (Phal, Den, Cattleya, etc...) but you can't know the name of the hybrid unless there is a tag in the pot mentioning it (or get the plant from a grower who knows what it is.)
