Your phals...just don't have water sitting in the middle of the crowns as they will rot...known as crown rot. Always water them in the morning so they have time to dry out by the end of the day.
Your cyc plants. I believe that in the winter time you can even take them out of the pots allowing them to hybernate for a couple of months. Alot of them are fragrant.
Join your local orchid society; you'll meet some others with an obsession just like you.
