Congratulations, Nico. It's beautiful.
Just because on orchid doesn't flower there's no reason to trash it.

That is a long time to wait for blooms, but, wow, are they ever beautiful!

Agreed! Many of us grow other kinds of plants that never flower, just because we like them. And Nico's Vanda is a nice-looking plant even without the blooms.

Thank you all for the comments!
What is really interesting about this Vanda:
- it is my first and only Vanda with a name;
- the cheapest ones!
- I would never trash an orchid (except the dead ones). On this forum, long time ago: an orchid lover wait for 6 years for her Vanda to bloom. I can't remember that person, but I want to say thanks! That post make me believe that one day mine will bloom! All my other Vandas are dead , but this one make it!
I will repeat myself: I AM SO HAPPY!!!
PS: 'cos my DSRL camera is dead, I took pics with my smartphone...

Thanks Dea!
In Europe is so hard to have Vandas and make them bloom! Is difficult for me, BUT I know people form Romania that do have success with Vanda.
And I will be positive for now on. Orchids forever!
PS: about the culture, just basic. All my 'kids adapted to my environment and condition: light from East in the morning, less water, some fertilizer and LOT of love!
