Yellowing leaves on my vanda

I just noticed that my Vanda had yellow spots on the two lowest leaves and when I touched them they came off. What can this be? What can I do to avoid losing this plat? She is very special to me. Here are some pics. Normaly, I keep her in a vase (only the roots, not the plant). When I'm home, I hang her a while outside and when the sun starts getting too hot, I put her back in again.
