Question Crown rot Ascocentrum ampullaceum/Basal Keiki

Hey guys my little asco got crown rot i wasnt paying attention to it and i did not prevent it.

So anyways it now has two side growths very small now even close to an inch long they both are only just putting out their first true leaves ill call them. how long till i see blooms on these. if they make roots there is a place where i can separate them from the mother.

I ask because if it going to take a very long time i will just get another one. i found one cheap so i figured i would ask before i took action. if you need pics here they are just in case lol!

So what do you guys think? long time before they yield blooms? you can see in the second pic how i was gonna slice the top off essentially when it made enough roots to make a new plant.
