It's a Maxillaria species of some sort.
I may have seen this species before, but I don't recall.

I´m not sure. The stem bases are burried in a bll of moss.

I would too, but it doesnt look wilted and there is another one in what looks to be a tight bud stage on the right hand of the photo.

You might want to check if it might also belong to the genus Nidema.

The white flower may be Maxillaria acuminata. The dark flower is either a separate species (Max. nigrescens?)or a flower to which something has happened.
