Type something silly like "chocolate" and press enter or click search. Then click everywhere. There's nothing you can do wrong, it's only query software so you won't break anything.

HI! I ahve a problem with buying OrchidWiz and hope someone from the old customers will help me.
Here is what I do:
-I follow the link and go to the OrchidWiz page
-I follow the link "click here to buy the Orchid Wiz encyclopedia"
-I click on "add to shopping chart"
-I go to the page of the shopping chart and click on "check out"
- I mark "I am a new customer and I would like to sign up and create an account"

AND HERE IS THE PROBLEM: at this point my shopping chart empties

-I fill in the information for creating account ,but when I click on "continue check out" I receive the following "There is nothing in your shopping cart."

I coudn`t find a way to create the account separately,to login and after that to goto the buying page....
Please,help me ....I feel so stupid

I finally installed mine today. It's awesome! Jackie you really won't need instructions honest. It's easy peasy! I love how you can look up a plant and see all the awards. I even found one that belongs to a friend of mine. Cultural information at your fingertips, and I really like the percentages of species used in hybrids. Very cool stuff.
