Anyone have a idea's?

Hi all, I was given this plant about a year ago and was told that they had a bunch of them for years and can't remember if they have ever bloomed. They also didn't know what it was. By the looks, it looks Vanda like but don't any more then that. I would like to get it to bloom (of course). Any Idea's what it is and how to get it to bloom?
