Lol, yes we have had big water tanks in the last couple of gardens.
We live is what is purported to be
'the driest state in the driest country'
Plus water bills can be expensive. In the garden before moving here we had 19000 litres (5000 US gallons) spread over 3 tanks. That was a bigger garden and an area that experienced several weeks each year of extreme temperatures.
