HI!
I have a little bit of a problem I received my DVD with OrchidWiz and installed it on the computer.Followung the instructions I sent the ID number to Alex in order to receive the activation key.
This was 3 days ago and I still don`t have an answer........

golden....perhaps Marty is correct and he is out of town for the holiday. I sent in my ID number as well to him and we got side tracked with emails. Only now did I realize I didn't get my activation key and I can't access the software without it. I sent Alex an email on Sunday and haven't heard back. I figured it was the holiday and a lot of people are traveling. I won't die without being able to access my software so I am just waiting patiently. I hope it isn't the case that my email didn't make it to him!
