Wow! 12 days in the hospital! That's a lot! Hope you feel better soon. It seems 70-80 is about intermediate. In relative terms where 55 is the max cold, and 90-100 is max heat.

I also have a ton of spikes/sheaths. One is also psychopsis-- first spike ever.
