Looking there just now, I think I see where the label issue came from:
Part of the instruction says:

Spray anytime disease other than rot (see below) is evident. Spray once per month as preventive maintenance. Soak compost when fungus is evident.
USE: 2 teaspoons PHYSAN 20 per gallon of water.

...and the "see below" part gives instructions for specific kinds of rot.
I'll bet that whoever put together the bottle label, figuring the label didn't have room for all of the others, simply took out the "(see below)".
