Repot now or wait for more growth?

Is there a recommendation on when orchids with new growths are safe to move to s/h? This is a Wilsonara Eye Candy. Smells amazing, and a gift from my girlfriend. Want to give it the best chance I can in s/h. LOVES water. It's in pure sphagnum right now. New growth is about 1.5cm long.

Oncidium intergenerics usually make new roots about the time they make new shoots, so this should be a great time to move it to S/H.

Yeah that baby growth says it is time to pack up and move to a new house!
