Tips on planting a Zygo in S/H?

Hi all!
So I just got my first Zygo! She so pretty! Anyway, it's planted in some kind of mix that seems to be dirt and sphagnum. And it seems to be decayed and yucky! I unpotted her and it actually has a really good root system! I would like to put it in S/H. I have only done it with two other orchids at this point but they are doing great! I'm sure it's because it was the right time, they have lots of new root growth right now.
I notice only a few green growing root tips on this Zygo. So my questions are:

Do you think it will adjust ok even with only a few growing roots?

Any tips on making the transplant easier for her?

Any tips on growing a Zygo in S/H would be super helpful!

Yes, repot now.

If the old medium was moist, the existing roots may function reasonably well in S/H culture, so may take a long time to fail, giving the plant lots of time to get a good set of new roots.

Make sure the rhizome is right at the surface, and not submerged in the medium at all, or it will rot.

Thanks so much! So the rhizome, does that mean to make sure the bulbs are all sitting on top and not in the Leca? Thanks again for the help! Much appreciated!
