It took a while for me to see new growth with my Cymbidiums. Probably about 5 weeks. It was only when I kicked one over that I had placed on the ground that I saw the green tips on the roots. Yay!

Here is hoping that I'm going to get some excellent growth off of mine. I don't have a greenhouse or anything like that. The closest I have would be sticking them outside in the summer, since in SC right this second it's 97deg with a heat index of 105. At least the humidity isn't killer. It's only 40% as opposed to the 90% it can get to. I just haven't been brave enough to stick one outside yet. I'm working on make some duplicates, like of my Maxilleria Tenuifolia that I can test it with.

So with everything religated to my room, I do the best I can with what I have. I just had to pop those babies in the S/H and see what happens.
