S/H Paphs, relatively low humidity?

I have an Angraecum sesquipedale and Catt trianae that seem to be doing well after two months in S/H. Another Catt trianae is not happy yet - leaves wrinkled. All 3 plants were in active growth when transplanted (and now.)

I have a Paph rothschildianum seedling in a 2" pot in the very chunky bark it came in. When it arrived two months ago the bark looked good so I left it. It had four leaves between about 4" and 8" long. It is making a new leaf that is about 2" long.

I have it in a huge hurricane vase with a piece of stretch plastic wrap on top. I have a pair of these I bought at deep discount at Costco several years ago. I use them for rooting things in high humidity. I wish I'd bought more than one pair. Back to the story....

I water it when the top bark is dry, about every 7-10 days. I take it out of the vase at night and put it into the sink. I pour rain water through the bark, then pour MSU fertilizer in rain water at about 45ppm nitrogen. I let it sit in the sink overnight, then return it to the hurricane vase in the morning.

I also have a few Cattleya back bulbs standing on the bottom of the vase, hoping the humidity will stimulate their growth. I take them out every day and wet their bases, so the plastic wrap is off the vase for a few minutes every day. I have it in bright indirect light. It is just out of the direct morning sun area near a northeast window.

The rothie won't fit in there forever. I'm making plans for when I have to move it out of that vase. Are people with relatively low humidity doing well with mulitfloral paphs in S/H? Thanks.
