I'm assuming that you are new to S/H culture in general? Between that and the fact that Psychopsis hates being repotted, it may be a good idea to experiment with one plant for the moment. That way you learn from experience, and also see how your Psychopsis takes to the change. If it goes well, then you can switch over the other 2 later. If it doesn't go so well, then you still have 2 healthy plants.


My plant is well overdue for a repot (been in the same mix for 4-5 years, but it's in an airy net pot so slower break down) and I'm dreading the plant's reaction when I do... I might stick it in Leca in a larger pot, and then I won't have to touch it again for many years.

Yes, I have only recently switched an oncidium to it and also a coelogyne division that I received. I like the concept and people says they get good results so why not try it?
I will just try the one for now and see how it goes. If anything, I would simply switch to LECA media when repotting for its ease of maintenance.
