People say your chance (or the plant's chance) of having success with the transition to SH is the greatest with healthy plants that are growing roots.

So, I would not further stress and take a chance on your mini phal at the moment.
I mean it will still just love it with SH, but it may not. so it's a chance. I like to play safe. :)
