I just put Den. Aggregatum in S/H, is that a bad idea?

oh, sorry for the confusion. for some roots, the lower half of them are in the container with LECA, and the upper half of the roots are exposed in the air. All i do is to leave water in the reservoir. So the lower half of the roots get water and make the uppder half of the root wet too, and mold growing on them.
