Recommended is 3% concentration - I use volume 30, but I dilute it. 3% should be volume 10, as long as I remember, so maybe you could try diluting it 1:1 with water, just to be safe. It still does the job, you hear all the sizzling and what not
I'm also in Pretoria and also grow inside - currently everybody is sitting in a north window with a sheer curtain, lower light plants sit a bit farther

Sounds like indoors is safer then.

I was thinking of getting a humidifier, but the seem fine still. Especially my Brascidostele Gilded Tower...yesterday the last of the 16 flowers opened.
