I think your orchid looks very healthy. Most of my orchids have been in LECA for a few yrs. Today, I re-potted a phaleanopsis into a glass vase with one hole drilled into the side. The hole is about an inch & a half from the bottom. The phal. is a rescue orchid, so I feel free to experiment with it. The rest of my clear plastic orchid pots have holes & slits all over the pots! I'll be interested to see "how" this phal. does. BettyE.
