Normally I add the K-L-N to the soak water at about a teaspoon per gallopn, but if the LECA is fully saturated, there's really no point to doing so, so you'd be better off just adding it to the irrigation water.

No, you cannot store that solution, as the synthetic hormones will degrade pretty rapidly.
