I emailed him as soon as I saw them and he refunded me right away, he's a really good vendor, very responsive and nice. He said that they had gotten a lot of rain in the past few days and he didn't realize they weren't OK which is why he sent it.

I would also think about some kind of heat mat below your new pot as well. Remember that the evaporation of the water from the clay will bring the temp of media down a bit.
