Haven't grown hyacinths in S/H but I grow many tropical bulbs in S/H and they do just fine. They are huge feeders though.
Only problem I see you having is adequately chilling them in winter in future years to set flowers. Don't know what winters are like in Lebanon, but you may have to put them in the fridge in future.

Winters in Lebanon are cold, I keep them in a dark cellar where it is cold and dark all the time.
Not exactly the same, but I forced some daffodils in semi-hydro. All I did was pot them up, put them in the fridge, then took them out once the leaves were 4 inches tall. They bloomed beautifully! I plan on forcing the same bulbs this year, hopefully with similar results.
