Phal spiking while in bloom

I have a Phal, which is doing great in Semi-Hydro and has been in in full bloom for 14 weeks. Now it is putting out a new flower spike. should I let it flower? will this put stress on the plant?

Let it flower. The orchid knows what it's doing better than we do. I have a few phals that bloom often and one that is almost always blooming. It all depends on the species that are in the ancestry of that particular plant. Enjoy.
