It looks like you have decent roots on this. Mine only has tiny stubbs of roots on the mount, nothing over 1cm (1/3"). I really think I need to try something else with it and S/H may be the way to go

I have a hybrid Little Stars, which is in bark mix and grow like weed.
How do you manage plants in s/h in winter?
Is heat mat enough or will keeping the pots a little dry help?

I'm interested in the winter for S/H as well. I'm realising this plant is a warm loving one so S/H may not be the way to go for me.

I just tried taking of the wire that was holding it to the mount and found (as suspected) that even after 2 years it's not attached to the mount at all. It's roots are really tiny and stubby but some new ones are growing so I'm wanting to see what else to do with it
