Default Seedling Mat for newly transplanted Masdie, Paph & Phrag

I've been reading on the board that a warm seedling mat may help with Phals that are newly transplanted in s/h due to them being more warm growers but what about paphs, phrags and masdies? Any input on these with a heat mat would be appreciated!

Never experimented with them, but when I grew Phals in my cooler basement they resented re-potting particularly when they went into S/H. Now that they are in my plant room which is 27-29° C daytime, they are growing better and I can repot with little set back. I figure warmer room, warmer roots in warmer potting media.

So it must work!
