Yep, Jim's right, it's just fir bark from Lowe's (Better-Gro brand). I've been using it for a while, and it works nicely.

I've been using the Better-Gro brand of potting mix recently because s/h charges for online vendors is too high for my small collection. I never tried their straight bark mix but it looks good in that photo.

I've been tempted to give Orchiata a try but I wondered if the results were due to good growing habits.
