Has anyone grown miniature catts in s/h. They are so tiny, I was wondering if it's Ok. I'm just new to s/h culture but excited about it when I rad about the successes.

They should do fine if you time it right for the repotting to coincide with root growth. My Catt walkeriana is doing very well with this method and it is a small statured Cattleya: 2 Catt. walkeriana's

As a matter of fact one of the orchids is a catt walkerianas.
thanks for the pictures. What do you have surrounding the catts. Is it a mini greenhouse?
Hi Elona,
I've moved your post and the responses to their own thread, you get more exposure that way than from reviving a 4 year old thread.
An I'll agree with Steve, mini Catts will do just fine in S/H. Catts in general, whether big or small, do well with this growing method. As with an orchid going into S/H, timing the move with brand new root growth is the most important thing.
