Since you mentioned your LECA is colder, you might want to try a heating mat. You should be able to find one in a hydroponics store or in seed catalogues.

yes Delaware jim
i did in the pass used heating mat to help the roots and it work realy great they do like that
but now im using these mat for my phal flasking.
