If your situation is temporary, you can board the plants; but that can get expensive.
200 plants is too many for an orchidarium unless they are miniatures. And those are not cheap either.
If you have no room in the main house for a grow area, do you have a basement where you are moving?
One of the members of my orchid society has just under this number of plants in a grow area set up in the basement. He has grow lights, etc. set up in an area where there was already a drain. Could you take some of the greenhouse things with you like fans, benches and lights? Then you just need heat and water down there.

Otherwise, you are probably out of options

I hope it works out for you to keep them somehow.

Jerry, I am so sorry. That is a HUGE loss. Would you be in any way intersted in shipping--bare root would be OK--that will make shipping less. FedEX can package for you. If the flowers/spikes break off that's OK--as long as the plant survives.

Think about it.

Is there a local botanical gardens in your area--you could "donate" your plants, be the orchid expert, & have greenhouse facilities, display your plants for the public. That is how our local Botanical Gardens has "acquired" it's orchids.

LOtsa luck~~
