I had missed this thread. Gin that is a fabulous specimen! Thanks for posting!
I have had one since august 2009 & have not seen any blooms yet (or any signs) It's longest canes are 'leafless', it has a few new growths from the bottom but nothing showing or any movement on the 'mature' canes.they have been sitting there not drying or making keikies or anything for a long time.
