Rescue noID In semi-hydro, success!

I picked up a starter kit from First Rays a while back, and put a few noID plants into it to try it out, one Phal which is hanging in there not doing much, and one ??? that a friend found literally on the ground in the garden of her apartment complex.

I checked it today and noticed that it's put out some new growth!

If anyone has an idea what it is, I'd love some help with an ID.
