Unhappy Milt. Steve Skolen 'Fantasia' HELP

I've had this plant about a year. It was in bloom when I first purchased the plant nearly a year ago. It is in an east window and is grown in hydroponics (Luwasa pots). Last week the central leaves turned yellow/brown and fell out. Now the outer leaves are starting to do the same. There is new growth (as you can see on the left side of the psudobulb in question). The only thing that is different is I set up 2 growth lights (Wonderlites). The plant is in the moderate light area according to the chart. Is the plant being burnt? or is something else going on? I pulled the plant out of the leca this morning to view the roots and they all look happy. Enclosed are the photos......thanks my new orchid friends Todd
